Who am I?

Hi there! I’m Samantha

I love travel, often live out of a carry-on bag and I’ve been coaching since 2015. I also spend time exploring, learning new skills and following the pull of where my curiosity and desire takes me. I geek out on things like behavioral change, positive psychology, mindset practices and most things personal growth related while having a healthy appreciation that being sad, suffering and grief are also a nature and inevitable part of the human experience. I love creating a safe and fun space for people to explore parts of themselves and move towards what feels good and authentic for their health, relationships, businesses and other goals. It’s an honor to support people in this way.

How I got here

I was ready to create a lifestyle I loved.

SO THAT IS WHAT I DID

I found coaches and courses to help me learn, grow and take real action towards my ideal lifestyle.

I built a community of Badass, heart-driven, freedom-loving entrepreneurs that I could turn to for support, inspiration and motivation - they are on the same journey and understood what I was going though.

I built a solid mindset practice - SUCCESS is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics.

Prioritized what brought me joy.

Invested my time and money into what really matters to me.

EVERYTHING CHANGED. 

I became a Minimalist - aligning with my true desires around physical possessions.

Began shifting my mindset - which is SO key.

Continued to travel, have adventures and prioritize joyful activities.

Created my own authentic business and started building my freedom lifestyle.

I had so many limiting telling me I wasn't good enough for this amazing life I dreamed of.

I thought it was too hard and that an investment in myself was a bad investment.
